We were called to this mains repair job. Our client saw a massive blue strike out the front of their house on Saturday. They’d copped a big power surge from the street, blowing their overhead fused box apart, cooking their switchboard and a few phone chargers inside. We attended site to replace the overhead fused box and switchboard, and test the mains cabling and earthing. We then completed the required paperwork and asked the power provider to come out to reconnect. Power provider will reimburse client for costs. Nothing like starting the week with a BANG ⚡️ 🔥 •

Which pendant light do you like best? Yesterday we installed 9 pendant lights in Malvern! Care was taken to ensure correct heights and cleanliness. We think the client chose great lights to suit the older style features of the home.

This nice little project has been completed for @manke_roos in Essendon. This renovation of the kitchen, butlers pantry, living and ensuite required us to install LED down lights, island bench pendant lights, USB power points and LED strip lighting. Vertical timber slats are to be installed in front of the two LED strips to the left of the wall mounted TV.

This week we installed new pendant lights and heritage switches at our clients home in Ascot Vale. The home owner painted the heritage switch timber blocks white, which looks quite neat with the matt black switches. We also installed LED down lighting to the living and kitchen where more light is required than just the pendant lights, and also installed 240V smoke detectors where required.

This one came up a treat! We’ve wrapped up the electrical works on this Malvern home renovation. Thanks to @jd_the_chippy for getting us involved. The scope of works included LED down lighting and electric strip heaters to the alfresco, installation of induction cook top, LED strip and pendant lighting, switchboard relocation.
Would be a nice kitchen to come home to!

This @traderelectricalsupplies double socket outlet with USB and 4 gang switch are sitting pretty on our latest project! As we always say, a thorough, careful rough-in makes for an easy, trouble free (almost) fit-off. To ensure this socket outlet and switch would sit level with when installed we had to ensure the stud brackets were centred and level to each other when we roughed in. That’s the ticket!!

We’ve been on a working holiday to the beautiful spot of Avoca Beach in NSW to complete the electrical in this home. These LED track lights will provide functional lighting to the bench tops and LED down lights will provide general lighting to the kitchen. Looking forward to turning lights on at this property!
